All Change!
Read on to find out how to access your recent and older Invoices along with details about why you no longer have an account login.
On Monday 26th June 2017 we moved the inksticks website onto a new, more advanced, shopping platform. This has enabled us to deliver a modern responsive website, suitable for use with desktop PC's & Laptops all the way through to tablets and handheld mobile phones.
With the move we have also embraced the now common "no account" website structure.
During your first checkout on our new website you will populate basic delivery and payment information on a single page, and hit the "place order" button, and that's it.. we'll take it from there.
It gets better! if you choose to pay by Paypal or in the near future Amazon Payments, the process can be shortened further with just a couple of taps or clicks!
For all orders placed on our new website, a confirmation email will be sent to you by email, followed by a second order fulfilled message once the goods have been shipped. This second email will also have a link to a copy of your invoice and package tracking details.
So that is the new website... how do I get a copy of an older invoice?
Simply email sales@inksticks.co.uk with the delivery postcode and approximate order date, and we'll send a copy to you, normally within a few minutes during office hours.
